It is unbelievable how some construction companies provide warranties with no intention of meeting their obligations when it becomes necessary. Absolute Property Services poured a concrete driveway for us in Aug 2021 and provided a 2 year warranty against cracks in concrete. The driveway in front of the garage developed cracks in winter. I called the company multiple times starting in March this year. First few times, they responded and said that someone would come and take a look. No one did and now they just ignore my calls.

Absolute Property Services get a big fat F! Hiring this company turned out to be a nightmare. They did not know what the hell they were doing and couldn't even fulfill their contract. He took a lot of money from me and finished nothing. CONTRACT TERMINATED--YOU'RE FIRED!
Siding wasn't finished and neither was the drywall. They were told by the City Inspector to remove the windows on the 2nd floor, which they did. Still have no windows, they stole them along with my money.
I recommend throwing their business card in the trash, because they suck! Don't walk RUN from them before it's too late and you have nothing to show for your money.
