Absolute Mechanical Group was sent to me by American Home Shield. They did not fix the problem I had with my a/c and heating unit. When I called Absolute back about this, Shane (the owner), got very angry because I would not accept their work and called me a XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. He also used the word "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXing" while he was cussing me out. When I told him that I was calling American Home Shield about the way he talked to me, he said, "I have a 98% approval rating with American Home Shield and they love me. I'll just say that you're lying."
