    Don't use this company!! Had them come out to do a yearly tune up for my A/C units.They told me that had a leak. They recommended to recharge my unit, they did not say how much it would be. It turned out to be a $700 dollar bill, which I paid it because it was needed to be done so I thought. He also recommended to replace my evaporator coils which he wanted to charge me $2,800. I told him I had to think about it because it was a lot of money.
    Later that night my A/C system repeatedly started to turn on and off than stay on. This has never happened before so I thought it was weird. I decided to call another A/C company out to take a look at my unit. He said that my high pressure valve kept tripping so that's why it was repeatedly turning on and off. He found the Abundant Air tech over charged my system by 4 lbs which would equal to $400 dollars. After he drained the 4lbs from my system it worked fine.
    When I called the owner Mark Coughlin he said that the new tech was a lair and that he did not know what he was doing. Mark agreed to pay me my $400 dollars back since it was over charged. I thought that was the end of it but I was wrong.
    After a couple of days I did not receive a credit on my credit card and decided to call Mark again to ask him what is going on. When I called him he retracted everything he said. He told me that he did not say he would give me my $400 dollars back and that I was imagining things... My wife was right next to me when I was talking to him on speaker phone and she heard the same thing I did.
    Mark Coughlin is a liar and I urge everyone that has a complaint on him to go to Texas Contractors Board website and file a complaint. This will go against his license and keep him accountable for his actions. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Texas Contractor Board.

    We agreed on a unit with a ten year warranty. When installation was finished & paid for, I tried to register it couldn't because it was a 5 yr unit. This was first week in May...been talking with "owner" since that time to correct it. Started with they would do so quickly, as soon as supplier was notified. That was 90 days, 3 months ago. In that time I was called once, rest of the time, about every two weeks, I called. Twice dates & times were set up for the change...no one showed, no one called. I thought it was a mistake at first...no longer think that...I believe it was deliberate. If company was honest it would be corrected by now. Buyer BEWARE.
