Ken just left after repairing our AC unit. He is the "only" contractor that has ever suggested that I come out with him to the unit so he can explain what is going on! I really liked that concept. I was able to ask questions and felt quite comfortable that he knew what he was doing. We now have cool in the house. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others in need.
