i got a new ac installed on august 27,2020.I called George on tuesday august 25, 2020 to have the ac install,he text me and said he would return my call .Today September 2nd 2020 and still no call from George.the two technicians who came to install the ac seems like they not sure what they were doing,another guy came and finished the work.He told me he was finished i asked where is the filter,he told me he was going to Lowes to buy it after having the unit running for so long.

I purchased a complete AC unit on June 24, 1915. I was told I had a two year warranty. Today 12/5/15 I called because my unit was not cooling, they told me if they come and it was something I could fix I would have to pay 160.00. I do not know the first thing about how a ac works. I would never have paid 3500.00 cash for a ac. I was told for the first two years I would be covered. That was the reason I went with this company. They said they would send someone out in an hour that was two hours ago, so far no one has showed up. I tried calling but I go straight to voice mail. I hope this company will honor the warranty.
Response from AC Fast Solutions December 9, 2015Ruthie, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience that you've gone through but there has been a misunderstanding. I would like to say that every time you've called we've communicated about any problems the AC might have or has had. The issue that needs to be addressed are maintenance issues. The two year warranty that we offer only covers any technical problems or defects that the Air Conditioning unit might have. Changing the filter, Cleaning the drain line with the cup of clorox, and changing the batteries to thermostat is all maintenance that the client needs to do in order to keep their AC working in top shape. What was explained in the phone call was that if any of the problems were maintenance related, you would need to pay 160.00 dollars for the mechanic's fee. Now addressing the problem that you had on 12/5/2015, We did send a mechanic and it was a technical problem and the job was done for you. On behalf of AC Fast Solutions, we apologize for the miscommunication.
