We were told in early 2000 that they had everything they needed to do the AC furnace, duct work we needed. In mid 2021 we were still waiting for parts. Finally in early 2022 it was installed. BUT only the inside blower worked. The grey unit outside was doing nothing. Got that fixed in March. Two years to get it finished. BUT it still wouldn't cool. I called another AC company and found out of hat after wrong thermostat, bad circuit breaker, bad circuit board, the thing had never been charged with coolant. Got all that fixed by the other company and now, 2 1/2 years after we started we have AC in the house. My advice, if you want an AC, call someone else
