    Working with this business was the worst experience I've had in my adult life. He promised everything and provided bottom-of-the-line, shoddy, incomplete work. He hires random people who are not skilled in the field they are doing, terrible at communication, and cannot manage a project or keep to timelines. First, I did a window with him for my garage, which I paid for a matching window to the house. He bought a completely different cheap window not resembling any aspect of the windows we agreed on, which did not have a grille or full screen. The window was installed wrong, does not open smoothly, missing pieces, and to top it off was not caulked completely. Next, He was suppose to fix a gutter which he did a hack job on with mismatched pieces, forcing things where they don't go, and left it looking like a messinstead of a professionally installed gutter. Lastly, he was to waterproof the garage. He charged for work his company did not do. He did not cover the walls completely, not to mention the minimum of two coats to achieve the waterproofing warranty with drylok. He did not properly cover metal beams with rust inhibitors and rust came through within days. To top it all off, his employee took the springs off the garage door and the door slammed down and broke a panel. My garage doors are now a mix of new and faded panels.If anyone if looking to hire this person for work, I urge them to not walk, but to run away.
