Their installation of the purchased system was lacking in every way. I purchased a high-end 95% energy efficient system 9-9-11. The installation that was supposed to take 2 days took 8 days over a 1 month period. There have been numerous issues and it is next to impossible to get them resolved. Techs do not show up when scheduled. Customer service does not respond. The system is still not working correctly. Also, I paid for a two year parts and labor warranty! Stay away!
