I called AC Medic 911 on a Saturday when one of our AC units went down and they got to our island by boat an hour and a half after I called. They diagnosed the problem, had everything they needed to do the repair (fan motor), & were here & finished with their work in less that two hours. Zach & Joey couldn't have been more pleasant & knowledgeable & they patiently answered any questions I had. I'd give these two guys & AC Medic 911 six stars if I could; excellent customer service from a well run company.
