Ryan hired me back in Detroit do a hardwood floor in one of his customs. I completed the job, but he’s no where to be found .. I finally caught up with him at his house where he assures he was going to make it right. He cuts me a check right there on the spot and I immediately felt better. That is, until I go to deposit it and NSF shows up and the bank manager even came out and said he was told months ago to stop writing fraudulent checks from that account! What a snake... I’ve called him 47,000 times, texted him 1,000,000 times and the only response I get which is like once in a hundred messages is him saying hes working on it, he’s in a bind, their going to forclose on his house because he’s so behind on everything. At first I felt bad but now all I here is blah blah bs bs... if you want to hire him to do work for you, go ahead he’ll rob you blind, if you do work for him, cut the cord and run away as fast as you can but you better make sure your hand is on your wallet. He will take every dollar you have to your name.

18 months into a 6 month build and never returned. Building a turn-key house with him was a huge mistake. Got the last pull and won't finish, won't call, won't text. Paying out of our own pocket to refinish stained concrete floors which were not cleaned before staining. Paint, trash, bugs, spray paint under the sealant. Paint inside the home is substandard, hiring finish carpenters and painters to get it done. Fireplace never completed, sealing back splashes never competed, all in all just poor workmanship except for the cabinets and built ins. Electrician broke a lot of the globes in our fixtures, so paying out of pocket for that as well. Lots of lies. Run from this company.
