I hired the contractor to perform roofing repairs, which went well until an issue arose with some work that the contractor had performed. The contractor refused to accept any possibility that he could have made a mistake. I spent approximately seven months and incurred additional costs to get the contractor to correct his mistake (an additional 2 - 5 inches of flashing that could have been corrected in an hour). Then when he finally DECIDED to correct his mistake, which wasn't his fault and "wasn't really warranty work", he had a negative attitude, damaged my siding, asked me for replacement shingles to avoid buying any, and still refuses to accept responsibility for this issue until this day.
Unprofessional to say the least!
