After asking for an estimate on a commercial property, Mr. Ryan Holmes, Lic.# 9015474, came out to the property. By the way this person I found out is also the owner of the company. There were three buildings on the property in which he was suppose to let my spouse and I know approximately how much it would cost to fix per each building. At first when he greeted me I found it very rude that he did not give me a business card and he gave it to my male spouse. I went out to greet him and my spouse was not with me, as he was busy looking at one of the buildings. I was the one who called him and I was the one who arranged for him to come out to give us an estimate on the property, not my male spouse (Very discrimination of female sex!) I even was caring a folder with information on the property. My spouse knows nothing about real estate and as he states, he is the brawn, while I am the brain. That was the first rude thing I encountered with him and then it got worst. The first building he was good at giving me a verbal estimate, but I really did not appreciate him telling me that, as he put it, that I should not buy that property. I can understand him saying that he would not purchase it, but to tell me what to do and to do with my money really that is none of his business! Again second thing very rude! He does not know of what plans I have for that property! Now the second building he never gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix up! So he was really a waste of my time for what I needed him for! The third building, he said he did not have time to give me an estimate as he had to get to another appointment, but never mentioned in the beginning that he had to leave at a certain time and if he would have told me then I could have planned the time of each building so we had equal time at each building. It took me a few month just to get to look at this property and he wasted all of my time! I found it very strange that he suddenly had to leave and he never finished the other two estimates! This was the third time that was just rude! Not very good communication, his communication was extremely poor, as he never mentioned he had to be somewhere esle! I even asked him if he could do a really quick walk through of the third building and if he could at least take out another 5 seconds to let me know a ball park estimate, so I could do my calculations for the property to see if I wanted to purchase this property or not. Ryan left abruptly and he perturbed me an awful lot! I found this just plan rude, inconsiderate and down right unacceptable! The good thing is that I am very glad that I know how much of a jerk he was before I decided to hire him! I would not hire this quack, who has lousy communication and has not returned my phone calls, since that day! It has been 3 days now and I would expect better communication and more respect from any company! He is definitely not the kind of man you want to hire, he is without good communication! EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES AND DISCRIMINATIVE TOWARDS WOMEN!!!!.... "
