Not pleased with the customer service. I purchased over $1,500 in equipment which doesn't work as advertised. Joe will not get back to me on returning the faulty equipment. I WAS going to simply exchange and purchase a different system, but clearly he doesn't want my business so I'll take it elsewhere. I've sent emails and left phone messages without a response.
