By DpsconsultantsAugust 2, 2011Response from Accent Screens LLC November 2, 2015First of all sir, you had seventeen windows covered with sunscreens, three complete walls, the worst storm in 50 years and you had a problem with one window. Our warranty does not cover acts of god wind rain dust storms etc., so one screen out of seventeen has a problem and I'm responsible? I dont think so. If you look at our reviews we take care of our customers 69 5 star google reviews you being one off them. Next time try to be a little more polite when you want some one to fix a problem.

We had screens installed on 3 sides of our 2-story home this spring. We are happy with the screens with the exception of one critical item. They did not leave drainage holes in the bottom of the screens so they made a tight seal against the house. When we have bad storms the water filled up inside the window tracks and leaked inside the house. Numerous calls to this company resulted in them saying they could fix it but they would have to charge us additional money plus the fee for a house call. Later phone calls have gone unanswered. I fixed the problem myself due to monsoon season and the inability to wait after our first big storm resulted in water pooling on the window sills and running down the walls into the carpet. If you use this company, make sure they put in writing that they will allow for drainage.
