    We had SA Specialties tech Joe came to service our heating unit getting it ready for winter. He was professional, polite and respectable. He got to the attic to make sure the unit is working well as it should. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommended.

    I could not be happier with the equipment and the crew from SAS. They came in, took out all the old equipment and disposed of it cleanly and took the rest of the day installing and testing the new equipment. If I ever need new equipment, I will call them, period.

    We did use Bunten to replace our furnace and A/C. They were referred by another REALTOR.

    We were happy with their service and would use them again. Because it was an emergency situation rather than an optional project, we did not get multiple bids so cannot speak to their pricing.

    I would VERY highly recommend Arise. They are very honest. Do very good work and on-time completion. They replaced my two A/C units which are located in the attic of my two-story house in one day-- very hard job.
    If you have a problem, they will be there ASAP. I cannot say enough things about Arise.

    They were so honest fixed me up till I can afford to replace system. It's pretty old but I just don't have money to replace rt now. Gave me a great price and I will be saving up now for replacement thank these guys so much for helping out an old woman in time of need. God bless you

    They came for 10 min and said my AC was working again. Unfortunately, I did not check and trusted their word. I've tried repeatedly to have them come back and fix the problem and they keep making excuses. This was a visit arranged by my home warranty providers. They were scheduled to come out on 7/15/16 and didn't show. I called them and they said they didn't know anything about the call. I would discourage anyone from using the company.

    I have been searching for an avenue to review Buchanan Multi Service and I'm very happy that I found this site. The company owner completed the work and he cheated me on every job. He purposely broke things that were working, removed freon from units to cause them damage and placed sand in the drain pipe of my attic condenser after he replaced it. After fixing the clog, I blew out sand and stones from the pipe. He is the only person that could have placed it there. To make matters worse, the owner and primary mechanic has physical limitations. I had to help him complete the work by carrying equipment and holding things for him. Buyer beware of this guy. He is extremely unethical.
