Owner
Installed new air conditioner in 2018. Did not seal area around tubing/duct work. Several calls to First American Home Warranty, and the installer used some type of foam around tubing which did not adhere. Rats and opossum entered the underbelly of the trailer chewing through the seal and entering walls, and attic space causing $4,200.00 damage. They have been unresponsive to messages, and a civil law suite will be filed this week. Kathryn Harvey
