    Major house remodel

    I would like to share my EXPENSIVE and HORRIBLE experience with Tyseer Kurdi and his firm Accu-Green LLC

    In my opinion, I have suffered tremendous economic damage as a result of defective work done by Tyseer Kurdi from Accu-Green LLC. Unpermitted work, terrible quality, terrible subcontractors, no engineering, incomplete work… I could go on and on.

    Nearly all the work done by Tyseer Kurdi / Accu-Green LLC needs to be replaced.

    Estimates from a licensed contractor to redo work from Tyseer Kurdi / Accu-Green LLC actually exceeds the $158,000 paid ($177,326)

    Here’s the timeline per the lawsuit I’ve filed:

    1) Tyseer Kurdi from Accu-Green LLC orally communicated that he was a licensed structural engineer. Tyseer Kurdi from Accu-Green LLC fraudulently represented that he would provide structural plans for project. Tyseer Kurdi's internet material falsely claims he is an engineer.

    2) In 8/2020, in reliance upon these false representations, I entered into a contract with Accu-Green LLC, owned by Tyseer Kurdi to perform work at the Property

    3) Contract from Accu-Green LLC / Tyseer Kurdi, as well as invoices/draw requests, contain the term “Engineers” in their title. During the process, Tyseer Kurdi from Accu-Green LLC falsely claimed that some visual renderings were structural drawings.

    4) The work proposed by Tyseer Kurdi from Accu-Green LLC consisted of addressing major structural concerns. The cost was $158,800, including a line item for Engineering

    5) By December 2021, after paying $159,420 to Accu-Green LLC / Tyseer Kurdi, I questioned quality of the Work. I was refused structural engineering documents

    6) A licensed engineering firm was hired to assess the work done by Accu-Green LLC / Tyseer Kurdi. Investigation showed that permits for work were never obtained by Accu-Green LLC / Tyseer Kurdi and that repairs were structurally unsound. Engineering firm stated that all work must be demolished and rebuilt

    7) On 8/20/2022, I filed lawsuit in Pasco County, FL (case #512022CA002179CAAXES) against Tyseer Kurdi and Accu-Green LLC.

    8) In this complaint, I allege Kurdi / Accu-Green LLC
    a) Performed un-permitted work
    b) Falsely represented and advertised himself as a licensed structural engineer in violation of Florida Statues section 817.41 and others
    c) Defective work, failure to complete work on time, failure to honor warranty on said defective work
    d) Used unlicensed contractors to perform work in violation of Chapter 489.127, Florida Statutes
    e) Fraud and violations in violation of FDUTPA section 471.031

    I am requesting an award of "treble damages, disgorgement of all monies paid (159,420), interest, costs, and all other relief this Court deems just and proper."
