At the time, I reviewed three quotes and Accu-Rite came in low with the most value for the dollar using Carrier equipment (top of the line in A/C) including a ten year warranty. The installation was completed flawlessly and I have been very satisfied ever since. Their twice annual service is also at a very low cost.
