    I was very pleased with the work that was done, the time it took and the clear description of what it would take. I had two exterior doors, two storm doors and an attic pull down ladder installed. Granted, this wasn't a big job, like some, but I was treated as if it were. Jerry and Mike were very thorough and neat. I couldn't have asked for more.

    Mike and Brittany were fantastic. Between the quality of the workmanship and the customer service there isn't anyone better.

    What makes them great?
    Excellent communication. There isn't a sales team so you deal with M&B all the time. No secretary to go through. No run around. Just real people all the time. And every text/phone call were responded to within 30 min.

    Excellent workmanship. Mike explained everything he and his crews were doing every step along the way. He made sure to take the time to walk/talk me through exactly what was going to occur before it happened. For a guy who likes to know what's being done, I couldn't have been happier.

    This was the rainiest summer in many a year and since M/B did the work my basement has been dry.

    Highly recommended.

    I had several quotes from other companies some were so expensive and it basically came down to 2 company's. Out if those 2 there prices they were basically the same but the other company sent a sales man that wouldn't not come out after I signed the contract .accurate builders sales man would not only sell the job but was involved with the job from start to finish .there crew took great care of my house for being such a serious job.they took time to move all the things I couldn't move and covered everything up keeping the dust to a minimum .they did a wonderful job there was barely anything to clean up after they finished . After the job I had a few question there forman was very easy and quick to respond to my call .it was nice to know that after they got my money it was so easy to contact the crew .I've had companies that were impossible to get a Hold of after they got my money .I would recommend calling accurate builders of the Chesapeake for anyone needing basement waterproofing.I will definitely use them again if I need another house waterproofed.
