Our experience with Accurate Roofing was not at all smooth. Don’t let the face of the company Johnny Lara and his smooth talking fool you. Our 1917 Historic Craftsman was more then his company was use to or could handle. Attention to detail and craftsmanship was not something the crew was familiar with. They made endless mistakes, had shotty craftsman ship, were condescending and refused to finish the job. Dangerous materials and trash (bottles of piss) were left around my property for an extended period of time and we were expected to manage the workers while on our property. Johnny only came to check on the job occasionally and generally did not know what was going on. The job was started in the end of June 2024 and still has not been completed. Accurate roofing refused to take accountability.
