    UNPROFESSIONAL.
    SUBCONTRACTS TO HIS BROTHER WHO IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL.
    POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
    DOES NOT OVERSEE BROTHER'S WORK.
    NO RESPECT FOR PROPERTY OWNER OR THE PROPERTY (ALOT OF DAMAGE TO OTHER AREAS NOT INVOLVED IN RECONSTRUCTION PROCESS-BROKEN BLINDS (REPAIRED MYSELF)-BROKEN GARAGE SPOTLIGHT GLOBE-OLD DISHWASHER GOING TO A FRIEND BUT CAME HOME AND THE FRONT WAS KICKED IN AND RUINED-SCRATCH ON NEW MICROWAVE-$200 BACKSPLASH CRACKED AND CHIPPED-$300 FORMICA TOP GOUGED-$600 PORCELAIN FLOOR CHIPPED AND CRACKED-CAME HOME TO GROUT IN TUB AND TOILET-THIN SET DUST COVERING EVERY AREA OF MY HOME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS.
    DOES NOT SHOW UP FOR WEEKS EVEN THOUGH HE WILL TELL YOU HE WILL BE THERE.
    "OH WELL" ATTITUDE WHEN PROJECT IS NOT DONE PROFESSIONALLY.
    KITCHEN PROJECT (CRACKED-CHIPPED BACKSPLASH/CRACKING GROUT/PORCELAIN FLOOR-CHIPPED AND BROKEN-DAMPERS NOT INSTALLED-CROWN MOLDING NOT INSTALLED-5 MONTHS WITHOUT ICEMAKER BECAUSE HE DISCONNECTED TUBING).
    REPLACED WINDOW AND RAISED DOOR BUT DID NOT FEEL IT WAS HIS JOB TO EXTEND JAMS AND REINSTALL MOLDING (WHEN OLD MOLDING WAS REMOVED IT COULD NOT BE USED AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS RUINED.)
    ASSURED ME HE WOULD MAKE EVERYTHING RIGHT BUT DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR 4 WEEKS AND THEN WANTED TO EXCUSE EVERYTHING AWAY AND PUT A BANDAID ON CONSTRUCTION THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE OVER.
    CONTRACT WITH HIM PROBABLY WOULDN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE, BUT THAT WAS A MISTAKE I MADE, SO IF YOU ARE EVEN CONSIDERING THIS CONTRACTOR GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING SO YOU CAN SUE HIM TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT OR AT LEAST GET YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BACK.
    LOST ALL CONFIDENCE IN ACE AND FINALLY JUST FIRED HIS ASS!
