Awful experience. Many problems. Have had another fence company out twice to fix the work that Chris did. First, Chris gave me an estimate and as he was putting up the fence said that he measured wrong and needed to buy more panels and had to charge more because the fence that he purchased was reinforced at the bottom to avoid sagging. Reluctantly I said ok to both because the work was halfway done by that time. Upon inspection when he completed the fence, he gave me bogus excuses for why parts were cattywampus and for putting one of the gates on backwards. He also positioned posts so that there were huge gaps between posts and the house as well as a huge gap between the gate adjacent posts on each side. Chris offered to put a crossbar on the gate so that it would match the other gate. He really should have admitted that he put it on backwards and correct it. I went back and forth with him several times to no resolution. As a result, I have had another fence company fix the cattywampus section and install a new gate facing the correct way. Lastly, he used so much cement that it shows around several posts and caused a post to implode. The other fence company installed a new post for me, despite it being guaranteed by Chris because I did not want to deal with him again. I have spent about $1500 in total to fix the inadequate and sloppy work done by Chris. I highly recommend using a different fence company.
