  Tree Trimming

  $3,158

  We met with Cory Watson, Ace Landscaping in mid July 2021, & requested bids on mowing/edging/blowing weekly, installation of a French Drain, & tree trimming. on July 23, 2021, we received a bid for the tree trimming of $3,158, & wrote a check for 50% down of $1,579. They were scheduled to work at our property/home for 2 days, but the tree trimming crew never showed up. We are still trying to get our down-payment back, and all of our attempts at arbitration, and contact by the Washington State Attorney General's Office have been ignored. I sure wouldn't work with Ace Landscaping. Talk about disreputable. Sharon Clinton

  leveling a back yard

  Contracted Ace to do some leveling of my back yard. Quoted $2300 for what was told by Corey to be a 2 day job.
  It was cut short after about 7 hours. I was told that the job w done by the end of the day. Big surprise. I knew immediately I wasn't going to get the work I was paying for. they messed up my front lawn, my irrigation wiring and alI told the guy here what I wanted. HE Seemed like he didn't understand and therefore didn't do it well. What I found poor is that Corey, being the boss, would have shown up in the morning to go over a job we only discussed briefly 2 weeks before to see if we were still on the same page and get it straight.. He could not be bothered. I said that we were on the same page here when we were not and I figured that it was useless. What kind of company runs like this? I was sorely ripped off. $2150 and I got a miserable job. POOR COMMUNICATION. I didn't even get a proper bill.

  Landscape

  If you have anyone looking for landscaping, we've been very happy with Ace Landscaping, they do a great job. We've also used Arts Landscaping, while they did a great job it took a while for the finishing touches, but their work is great.

  I would never hire Cory Watson again. He has been cited three times in Walla Walla since 2018 by the City of Walla Walla for trying to do work without a valid contractors license and advertising his business without a license. I unknowingly hired Ace Landscaping (Cory Watson) to do a project for over $10,000. He got my money and did horrible work. Worse yet he can't fix it because he has no idea how. He also has employees without an L & I bond or a contractor's license bond. Hire at your own risk. Be prepared to get screwed.

  BUILD A FENCE

  $4,000

  Just before the snow we had a fence installed at our house connecting the house to the new garage. Fence was built quickly and efficiently. Then we waited for the weather to warm up so they could spray the fence to protect it and then spray a clear coat of finish on the fence. Took forever for them to finally come out and complete this, four months. When they did spray it was at best poorly done on the fence side facing the street (It will need to be done again) one part of the fence was completely not done. Additionally there are at least seven boards that need to be replaced because they are cracked. Lastly the gate is completely out of square. I have sent numerous texts and have seen nothing happen. Finally I offered for me to finish the job and they could give me half of the $500 we had paid upfront for this. Again never heard from them

  Landscape waterfall

  I believe that Ace Landscaping is no longer in business. They did work for us that was defective and then disappeared. Please do not do business with them. Their bonding and licenses are no longer in effect.
