I am leaving three stars as work was never started but the office staff is incompetent. I had scheduled work and was told that it would be 6 weeks before they could make it out to start the work. I received a call a week prior to the initial inspection and was told that they just flat out cancelled the work. Not that I could take priority for a sooner appointment, not that they would attempt to accommodate me, only that I should try someone else.
All I can say is beware when you book work with this company as the work may be fantastic but whomever is managing the scheduling of the work doesn't seem to know what is going on. I lost 2 months now on repairs needed after the heavy rains we have had here in Dallas.
