Last season I had an oval pool put in and this year was the first year I am able to enjoy it. I’ve realized that the bottom is not level and every 2 feet or so has a large lump in it. If you do decide to go with them make sure to emphasize that you want the bottom FLAT.

Mike was a very nice guy. Very forward with me the whole time. Had a couple rain day that they had to push back my date kept me informed the whole time. Crew was very professional my yard was clean like they were never here. He told me they do over 200 pools a year they must be doing something right!

I had a pool installed by ACE in June 2016.. The crew was here for one day putting up my 15x30 oval pool... They also were paid extra to put a ladder together which was put together wrong and sits slanted in and outside of pool. The pool itself is not level, water on one side of pool is much higher. The posts are bulging inside the pool on 5 posts which makes the side of the inside not level (bulging on the inside) The top rails were not correctly installed and are sticking up, I think one was installed correctly.. The crew was polite but left my deck area a mess.. I believe that they rushed to finish the job and that was the reason that so many things were messed up.. I hired a professional because I wanted a professional job done... VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I just had a pool installation that was done by ACE. The were very professional, polite and very honest. I would recommend these company 100%.

Pool installed by Ace, they were in a hurry, pool is not level on the bottom, clumps of sand, stone left under the liner, which they promised they would come back and remove,(never did) , very nice until they get paid, then they stop answering the phone when you have a problem.
