snake toilet drain

$125.00 turned into another 150 and now another 150 to finish it

We had them come to snake a toilet drain that was stopped up. They snaked that and the next day none of our drains would drain, none of the showers, toilets or even the washing machine.The water backed up into the tubs and showers, including the toilet when flushed so there was sewage coming up. We called them to come out again to fix the problem that we felt they caused by not snaking it past the main drain and completely out of the house pipes to the sewer. He charged us again! When I stated that I felt this was due to their work the day before, he said it was a whole other issue and problem. We have never had problems with the drains except for the one toilet he worked on in all the time we have lived here. Nearly 12 yrs. So, he cut a hole in the drain pipe outside our home without permission or even mentioning he was going to do that. Then said it would cost another 150 for him to come back and put some kind of fitting on there for a cleanout drain!! He covered it with a piece of foam and a clamp and left. I feel this man is the biggest rip off ever, I will be contacting a lawyer about him cutting into our main pipe outside without even discussing it with us first, and I will be reporting Aces drain to the BBB here in Florida. Do yourself a favor and a pay few extra bucks to get your job done by a PROFESSIONAL and not this rip off artist.
