    Kitchen remodel, Master Bedroom rebuild and home renovation

    ACK Builders have completed a number of projects over the years. A complete Kitchen remodel and a complete Master Bedroom rebuild. The projects were seamless, professional and on schedule and budget! We have recommended them to others with the same satisfaction and results. I highly recommend ACK builders! You will thank me.

    Working with Karlton and his team was a wonderful experience. We found a leak that led us to a dry rot problem 4 days into moving into our new home. The initial quotes we got from other contractors were astronomically high and felt extremely impersonal. Karlton set our minds at ease from the very first meeting. He walked us through the details of the job, his approach to communication and a full accounting of the costs up front. Whenever a problem came up, he'd explain it in detail and would help advise us on the best direction to go based on his extensive experience. If delays came up, he'd find a way to adjust the plan so that work never stopped. He even went the extra mile to show us how we could make broader improvements to our home and prepare for future enhancements down the road. His team was extremely polite and respectful during the entire process given that my wife and I both work from home. I'd recommend Karlton to anyone. He's a straight shooter, delivers on time, and has an extreme sense of ownership and quality of work. We'll be coming back to him for all of our future projects!

    Following a tenant's trashing of our rental property, we turned to Karlton, owner of ACK Builders, for help. ACK Builders provided excellent customer service, ongoing communication, and quality workmanship in making the required repairs. Because of that, we attribute our relationship with ACK Builders' to be a contributing factor in being able to sell that same property quickly and for the price we were asking.
    As we look to now renovating our own home, we would be quick and confident in again turning to Karlton & ACK Builders for our non-structural renovations & repairs.
    Bottom line: ACK is reliable, responsible, and provides exemplary service.
