    Leak

    By far the best company I’ve dealt with in a long time. I’ve had a hard time trying to find a company that provides great service all around. They were doing roof repairs on our neighbors home and our neighbors spoke highly of them. We had a leak and Flo and Jack’s kept us informed every step of the way. They were able to find where the leak was coming from and repair it. Highly recommend.

    Flo and Jack's General Services was highly recommended to us by our neighbor who had a new roof installed on their home. We called to have them give us an
    estimate to replace the roof on
    our home. They came out really quickly to do the estimate and give us their process to do a roof replacement. The started the work as scheduled and completed it in a timely manner. Their crew was very professional and the work was clean and organized as promised. We were given a 5 year labor and material warranty which we thought was really good.We highly recommend Flo and Jack's General Services for you roofing

    I definitely do not recommend this company...I had them fix a roof leak in which they charged almost 1000 (they over charged because I was filing with my home warranty company)..only for it to reoccur 2months later...they never return calls or text and missed scheduled appointments...finally had to contact another roofing company who confirmed they put the wrong shingles on my roof hence why they NEVER sent the pictures I asked for showing the completed work...and the new roofing company repaired the leak and removed all the new damage caused by this company and it only came to about 600..which I had to pay out of pocket becauseFlo and Jake's used all the 1000 roof coverage I had on my policy..smh stay FAR away from this company...
