Randal was very prompt and on time. A very clean cut and extremely professional plumber. He explained everything to me thoroughly in a manner and language that I could easily understand. His fees were very reasonable and he definitely did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I have since used him several times and I highly recommend him to ANYONE as a very honest, professional, clean and respectful plumber. A very rare find!
