Acs Advanced Contracting Services

We hired ACS to initially build a new set of deck stairs (the existing stairs were old, dry-rotted, and had some termite damage).

ACS did a great job building a solid set of stairs and small landing, walking through material types with my wife and I, and going through the pros and cons. ACS also pointed out some damage to the house structure where the original stairs were unprofessionally attached, and (even through it added to the project) ACS talked us through to pros and cons of fixing it, and let us decide whether or not to proceed.

Finally, ACS was helpful in looking at other issues with our new house, and would give some advice/tips on either how to do it ourselves or questions to ask when looking for other contractors for estimates on projects ACS didn't conduct.

I am very pleased with the job ACS did. They hurried to do the job because they knew i was on a deadline. Anthony tried to cut costs for me, which i appreciated. The work done was great. I would refer ACS to anyone with a project and would hire them again.

We had an emergency situation with one of our buildings. Anthony and his crew came to the rescue and we were extremely pleased with the results, the time it took to complete, the professionalism and his availability. We deal with contractors on a regular basis so we had allotted a couple of weeks extra from the date they told us the project would be completed, much to our surprise they were done 2 days before projected finish time. He also kept all our areas clean at all times. They are an elite crew and we will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about ACS! ACS was professional and efficient during our home remodel. I recommend them and would use them again without hesitation. I am admittedly very picky and was pleased with their attention detail as well as their professional suggestions. Anthony has a very strong design eye and made suggestions in terms of lighting, paint color, moulding, and even outlet layout... small details that the untrained eye does not think about but ended up making a huge impact in the flow and aesthetics of the space. ACS has been professional from the start. When they learned of the urgency of my project they immediately got a bid done and once I approved they scheduled the work to start immediately. Everything I requested was done to my satisfaction. Workers and supervisors were all pleasant and respectfull to work with. Anthony actually looked for a way to cut costs, which was great. I would definitely hire ACS to do any other project I might have.
