  I would NEVER NEVER recommend ACS to anyone not even if I had an enemy. If I could give them a minus 5 I would. I’ll be very brief with my story because this is a nightmare. I had a really bad leak in the front of my roof maybe 12x15 area that I kept paying roofers $2500.00 to patch and after several years I hired a law firm who was able to settle with my insurance company. I shopped around my community to review roofers work and to get quotes, decided to use ACS due to their quote of $25,000+. (2200sq ft roof measurements) ***Their contract said everything was included: the permits, contractors the tiles, etc). ***
  I am a senior citizen on a fixed budget so was happy to get this quote. I did not realize at the time that they were family owned. Anyway, a woman named Bianca came to my house. Several times. Very smooth talking to tell me how great the company was and how much they’re going to help me. I explained to her several times verbally and written that I didn’t have the money but my mortgage co had the check. After I initially signed paperwork my HOA did not approve me until 3 months later. They couldn’t wait, even though I wanted to wait the Bianca lady told me “don’t worry we’ll work with you “ , just sign so we can get started.. However ACS started billing and harassing me for their payments. They charged me $250.00 for late payments. Even though I told them about my mortgage distributions payments.
  Initially after I signed when the Bianca woman left, there was red flags. I called and wrote ACS to cancel and was threatened with threats of being liable for payments if I cancel. Next thing I received an email saying GOOD NEWS we’re going to start demolition of your roof. I tried to stop them but they came anyway. Still demanding more payments and adding $250.00 late fees. Fast forward ACS came to my house demolished my roof then charged me an additional $7400.00 (for unforeseen damages) kept tacking on late payments. (knowing that the mtg co took 7-10 business days to send funds). Moving ahead… I have paid ACS $24,000+ was waiting for the final inspection… to make the last payment of $6445 (approx) Then the Owner appeared at my door showing me a tile invoice and demanding payment for the tiles. I refused to pay because the contract stated that everything was included in the price.. the labor, tiles, permits, etc. He started yelling at me that his office messed up the pricing, that he has NO IDEA of what goes on in the front office. he slammed my door and left. (A phone man was in a room and came out after he heard how the owner was yelling at me and said I should have called the police)
  Fast Forward, November,2023, I received a email notifying me CONGRATULATIONS your tiles will be delivered in two weeks. Two weeks time I looked out my window to see my clay tiles being stacked on my roof… I was so happy that all their harassment was coming to an end. My mtg inspection letter notified me that they were coming to finalize inspection and would disperse final payment. I informed ACS office staff and owner about the payment. TO MY SURPRISE exactly two weeks later on December13,2023. I heard walking in my roof a truck with workers were taking the stacked tiles BACK off my roof and loading it on a truck. NOW they’ve left my roof open with just the paper. It’s June now and rainy season. I have no monies to pay another roofing company. Last week with all the heavy rain I’m very nervous. NOW I’m REALLY UPSET because I consulted with an attorney who contacted them only to find out that the owner is now charging me for the tile removal and replacing again. Approximately an additional $9,000+ dollars. Includes interest late fees, etc. They are crazy. I also found out that they overcharged me for unforeseen repairs
  My mtg company informed me that the funds for final payment will not be sent until the tiles are on the roof. To make matters worse ACS has placed a lien on my house. I keep asking the owner WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE TILE. I guess because he wants to be spiteful. They’re scammers who took advantage of me knowing that I’m old and I live alone. Having a nervous breakdown. Need help they have ruined my life. ACS company is like a “sheep in wolf clothing “. Don’t trust them!! They have humiliated and threatened, mentally abused me.
