Hired this plumber for a new construction home. The first issue we had was the owner almost got into a physical altercation with my framers as he arrived on a day he wasn't scheduled to do the job. Another issue is they rarely answer the phone when you call. You have to leave a message and they decide when or if they return your call. If you're a female the owner won't return your call, in my experience. My latest call was to inform them the water issues were still not fixed, and I needed to know how the basement was plumbed for a new bathroom. That was close to a month ago and I still don't have a return phone call. The water pressure in the hall shower hits you like a power washer. When asked the technician told me they took out the part that controls water pressure inside the shower head stating most people want more water pressure. They couldn't put it back to the way it was as manufactured. I had supplied the shower head and didn't want it modified. My master shower leaks water every time the toilet flushes and/or the other shower is running on the other side of the house. They changed the cartridge, but it still happens. I've been told it's an easy fix, but they don't return calls to come back out. I also had a utility sink put in and they installed a kitchen faucet versus a utility sink faucet!? That costs more and is too big, inconvenient to use, and yet I'm stuck with something I never authorized, yet again. The only people who have been helpful were the two men who came to install my water softener. I would not recommend this company.
