Doc Thompson worked for me as the licensed plumbing contractor on Steve's project. While there were somewhat more issues with their work than I consider normal, they did agree to return and fix the problems each time. I would give a qualified recommendation for them - I, and the City plumbing inspector knew when things weren't right. They would be fine for a savvy homeowner, but not necessarily a neophyte.
