I would never recommend Action Ashvalt.
He did not do the job when agreed to, did not return calls in a reasonable amount of days, then he was to pave the day after tearout, and he did not do that either , it sat for over a week.
Then he charged 50 percent more because he said the original was thicker and so it took more work to remove and more gravel. I understand a charge but 50 percent! Then he asked for a separate check because it would help him personally. We paid him and hope the job holds up.
