I had Action Electric install a new frigidare furnace in my home in 2019. I called them to ask questions regarding my plan to install a humidifier on the furnace. My questions revolved around the recommendation of a suitable thermostat/humidistat to control the system. The person who answered the phone said I could not speak to a technician because there were none in the office but she could send one out to my address. I repeated several times that I did not need a technician to come out. I only had a few questions so I asked her to have a technician call me and she continused to insist that I could only speak to a technician if the tech came to my house. My issue is they have a minimum service fee which I refuse to pay for a thermostat question. I will NEVER use this company again due to incredibly poor custemer service.
