Took money in advance and did not return to complete the job. Ignores telephone calls regarding same. Sloppy work
Response from Action Paving LLC January 30, 2018Just saw this as of January 30, 2018! My company Action Paving LLC located in Southampton NJ,08088 did not do this pathetic scam! First of all our company does not take deposits off of driveway work. There are so many scam artists out there with no valid license#. always check BBB which I score A+ with. My license # is valid and always has been . My # is 13VHo8865100 . Its a shame My company has to take the rap 4 these scams artist its not the 1st time this has happened with these scams . Makes it look bad 4 the good contractor. To any costomer always check the license # to make sure you have the bad guy b4 you make a complaint. Action paving came out last November to resurface our driveway, they were supposed to come out and give us a free seal coat. Six different times they were scheduled to come out and just never showed up. The driveway since has taken damage that they refuse to acknowledge. The original resurfacing was also done terrible and left a 6 inch deep hole in our driveway. They don’t return calls or text. I’ve had to call them from different numbers just to get them to pick up for me. Afterwords they will promise me that they would show up, we had the driveway cleared for them to have it resealed and again just never showed up with no advanced notice. Do not use
