    Charlie, a rep showed up on time with mask on and greeted us with professional manner. After analyzing the attic water leaks from AC, he knew precisely what the problems were and communicated to us prior to fixing it. Charlie was an outstanding rep with experience and technical expertise. We strongly recommend Charlie and the Active Air Specialist to anyone who may need HVAC issues. This experience was a breath of fresh air. He took his time and explained all the issues and how to maintain AC going forward. Very happy Customer.

    Jeremy and a co-worker, with Active Air Specialists came to our house in Wrightwood the week of 8/17/15 and I was very impressed with his detail of work, professionalism, and the time he spent (over 2 hours) working and rebuilding our AC unit. This unit is 27 years old, and honestly I thought because it was sooooo ancient, that is could not be resurrected.. But sure enough, Jeremy had all the parts in stock on his work truck, and was able to get our house cooled down the same day of arrival.. All 3 of my dogs, especially our 11 year old Joe Boxer, thanks Jeremy for getting his house cooled off so he can stop panting..
