I had Tim from Active Flow convert the old asphalt sewer pipe to ABS pipe at my house in Coos Bay. About year later I had my sewer system back-up but I unclogged it myself. My house is now rented out and I have had to have Roto Rooter clean the roots out of the section of sewer pipe that was supposedly permanently replaced--their camera shows there are roots growing in at both points of attachment. I let Tim know this--thinking he was the kind of guy who would stand behind his work. Unfortunately, although I have now called him three times, he has ignored me. The county inspector told me that if this job had been done correctly--I would not be having a problem whatsoever.

If I could give a negative number of stars, I would. My 85-year-old father-in-law called about the free estimate that is advertised in the local yellow pages. Tim began asking a number of questions about the plumbing under the street, which of course my dad did not know about. He gave the information about depth and line size at the curb and asked Tim to please come look at it. Tim said he did not have enough information for an estimate. When my husband talked to Tim about this, Tim stated that he did not have to give a free estimate to anyone if he did not want to and that he could say whatever he wanted to due to freedom of speech. I agree with freedom, please use your freedom to choose a plumber that is respectful and uses his or her hard earned freedom wisely.
