Contacted this company to insulate above my garage. They set the appointment for 6:00 AM on a Tuesday. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this early arrival when it's cool. At 6:38 I call to see where they are. The owner tells me that his crew got a late start and he will have them call me. At 6:50 a Josh calls and tells me that he overslept and just woke up. So much for the "late start" excuse. He tells me he will be here in 1/2 hour. An hour and a half later I call to see where he is. He says that he is waiting for his co-worker to get out of the bathroom and will be here in 5 minutes. I tell him that if he is not here in 10 minutes, cancel the job.
The crew gets here in about 12 minutes. They seem nice and apologize for the late arrival. I have to assume that the material they are using is the right grade.
The owner never calls again to see if they are here or to check on the job. This bespeaks of very poor management and no discipline among the workers. Get up when they want and show up when they want. I cannot recommend this company. Here it is 9:00 for a job that should have been completed by 6:30. And they are still working.
The entire team exceeded our expectations.
