The company did a job for me once before, a year ago, which went well, though they are hard to get a hold of. However, just recently I was told someone would show up to take a look at my project on a specific date, after a specific time, and I waited at home the whole period, until it became dark outside, and thereafter. No one showed and no one called. I even phoned the next day to inquire about the no-show, leaving a message, with no response. And it has now been several days since I phoned. I can understand if a firm is busy or wishes to pass on certain jobs, but such lack of courtesy seems quite unprofessional.
