    Buyer beware: he bid an addition & gave him 1/3up front & he disappeared for >8 months. His workers Finally framed the structure but that was it. Had to hire other subcontractors to finish the job. He conned my elderly parents into giving him more money while I was out of state without doing the job. Unethical & does not finish the job. The contract was to complete in 3 moths ... going on 2 years to finally complete the job with a different contractor. IMO everyone should steer clear of this evil.
