This contractor left my home in shambles, and got paid all the money from insurance company. The contractor wasn't licensed and or bonded by the city. When a complaint was lodged the city made the contractor reapply for license and double permit fees were required. The work done was in such disrepair it had to be re-done by another contractor to make it decent for rental.
