Chris came was recommended by Pella Windows for repair service. I called, he came out and measured and sent me an email estimate of repair serves. I emailed this persons with questions and he never responded. I called and left messages and no return calls.. .Is this how a company runs a business?

9/26/17 I would not recommend this contractor as he came out on 8/16/17 gave us an estimate for a new window for which we gave him a check for over $3,000 and we have not heard from him since. He does not answer his calls, does not return phone messages or emails. Now we are trying to get our money back. I would not give him ANY stars as he does not now how to run a business.
