    Dear owner of D&J Air Conditioning (DBA: Blue Air); I would never seek nor ask for a furnace that blows cold air when it comes on during the winter season. That is what your rep sold me and that plus the the short cycling is what I complained about during the installation. It took your crew 5.5 weeks to stop it from short cycling and once you ran out of excuses like bad weather, rate hike, other appliances, draft and attic insulation you finally admitted the cold air blowing on the heat setting was 'by design'. That is unacceptable in my book and I need it replaced or a refund. This Carrier 4T 16 seer PERFORMANCE unit is costing me double the money to use PLUS I have a double digit loan to pay off. PS; there is no mention in the owners manual that this gas furnace is designed to blow cold air on the heat setting. I understood when you said all future non warranty service calls would be billed at $95 an hour plus a $55 trip charge that you think this is the end. It is not. You need to fix, replace or refund me. I am a senior citizen and this is elder abuse.
