Marty Adair (President and Owner ) has a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Southern Utah University (2002) as well as a wide range of experience in the construction and building industry for the last 18 years. Marty Adair has built over 100 new homes and residential building structures.

    Bathroom Remodel project

    Adair Homes is great to work with. I'm impressed with their experience and credentials. They are also very responsive and easy to work with, which is just as important as the quality of their work. Their bid was very competitive and fair, and they were willing to work with our schedule and budget. I reached out to another person who worked with them and they said they would work with Adair Homes again!

    Considered for Bathroom Remodel

    Marty is very responsive and easy to work with. He gave us a detailed quote exactly when he promised it. He responded to every question we had. He was willing to work with our time frame and our budget. His quote was fair and I believe he's worth the price he's asking.

    This contractor is honest and reliable and builds an excellent product at a great price! Also, Cedar Breaks Construction will work with you to design and build exact home that you want. I would recomment Cedar Breaks Construction to anyone that is looking to build in the Southern Utah area. They are the best!
