Adair was hired by our company to update a model and clubhouse. She was given a good bit of money upfront to order custom items. She had a deadline to work with but constantly had excuses as to why things were delayed or were on back order. Larger items purchased NEVER arrived. She created false documents to show items were ordered. We are out approximately $8,000 and had to complete the project in house. What took her months to do and not complete, took us only a month. Our attorney is now involved and she has been reported to the BBB. Our attorney gave her demands and deadlines but all she had was excuses and eventually stopped answering her phone. We will see her in civil court.

Adair was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, she refused to answer questions and deviated from the drawing we agreed to. She is not a licensed General Contractor but manages jobs knowing she's not licensed to do it. Had to let her go. If I could give her 0 starts I would.
