I would not recommend Adam. My neighbor had her bedroom floor redone. He sanded the floor and applied a coating. The 2" perimeter on the floor did not get any finish applied. It looked awful! This had been communicated to Adam immediately. Adam never responded till 3 weeks later. He did come back to resend the floor and apply another coating. After drying there was evidence of a rough finish with swirl marks and lines. He took her money and ran.
