Adam Nielson was very professional, making our experience with a plumber/repair person a very pleasant one. In the past we have hired contractors, repairmen, even other plumbing companies and have never been treated with such respect, he took the time to explain everything thing needing to be done and reasons why. In the past I have always felt that any questions we've had were greeted with irritation and sometimes down right annoyance we felt in a lot of cases we were lied to, overcharged, but not with Mr. Nielson, he made us feel comfortable about asking questions and all were welcomed with a smile (Another rarity nowadays). His costs were very reasonable and the work done was exceptional. If we ever need more work done he will be our first and only call, I have highly and confidently recommend him to all my friends and family and so far everyone has agreed and been extremely satisfied with Mr. Nielson he is a truely honest, and cares about his workplace reputation, he's a very rare gem in a world full of far to many dishonest, shoddy workmanship workers. More companies need desperately to hire men/women who like him actually care about their quality of work, and their customers. EXCELLENT WORK THANK YOU MR. ADAM NIELSON
