Beware!!! If you won't cheap, sloppy, horrible work then hire him. His men & himself broke items in my home. He did not want to do the job he was pd to do. His workers left a quart size bag of screws & nails all over my yard while doing the roof. I had to borrow a magnetic picker upper to get them all myself. I got left w/duct taped duct shoved in my ceiling. Stains from shotty work. Unpainted wall but what he did paint looks horrible. A 3rd grader could do better. His attitude was beyond bad. He left paint & told me I could paint the kitchen myself. I got unfinished roof where it was supposed to be all metal. But part is 5 yr tar paper substance. He was supposed to remove & replace a wall tht was molded, instead he sprayed it w/bleach & water tht was all. If you know what's good for you don't use this contractor.
