Highly recommend to avoid using Adam Martin / Adam's Pain & Stain. He gets your half up front money, then does a terrible quality job. He throws fits if you request anything he's done correct, then threatens to quit if you won't give him the other half of the money before he's done with your project. He leaves a mess every day, and in the end you have to pay someone else to redo whatever you paid him for - and lost have your project money paying him. He failed to put up protection on my cameras and windows - got stain on them. Despite contract terms that he bleach, then stain my repurposed fence: he put unbleached boards on my fence. He took materials I paid for when he left the job as well. Poor quality, horrible communication, and dishonest contractor.
